CONTRACT PROCEDURES
1. BUYER ISSUES LOI/ICPO WITH FULL BANKING DETAILS WITH SOFT PROBE AUTHORIZATION OR BCL.
2. SELLER ISSUES FCO (5) FIVE DAYS LATER MAXIMUM.
3. BUYER SIGNS AND SEALS THE FCO AND SENDS IT BACK TO THE SELLER.
4. SELLER ISSUES DRAFT CONTRACT IN FAVOR OF THE BUYER.
5. BUYER SIGNS AND SENDS BACK THE CONTRACT DRAFT TO THE SELLER WITHIN 48 HOURS.
6. SELLER SIGNS AND SEALS THE CONTRACT AND SENDS THE HARD COPY(S).
7. THE BUYER SIGNS THE HARD COPY CONTRACT AND RETURNS TO THE SELLER, ANY FACSIMILE OR ELECTRONIC COPY SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS THE ORIGINAL.
8. BUYER SENDS DULY FILLED BG APPLICATION FORM OF THE BANK GUARANTEE ISSUING BANK FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE SELLER/ SELLERS BANK.
9. AFTER REVIEW, SELLER RETURNS THE BANK GUARANTEE( BG) FORM BACK TO THE BUYER WITH PROPOSED CHANGES IF ANY.
10. WITHIN(7)SEVEN INTERNATIONAL BANKING DAYS OF THE SIGNATURE DATE,THE BUYERS BANK WILL HAVE ISSUED NON TRANSFERABLE BANK GUARANTEE. THE SELLER WILL POST THE PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP) AND PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE. THE PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP) AND PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE (PBG) WILL AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATE THE BANK GUARANTEE.
11. DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT COMMENCE AS PER SCHEDULE MUTUALLY AGREED.

DO NOT TRY TO GET US INVOLVED WITH PAST FAKE SELLERS STORIES AS WE HAVE ALSO ON A DAILY BASIS LOADS OF NON SERIOUS BUYERS THE BUYER IS STRICTLY ADVISED TO FOLLOW THE CONTRACT PROCEDURES. ANY DEVIATION FROM THE ABOVE CONTRACT PROCEDURES IS SUBJECT TO EXPRESS WRITTEN ACCEPTANCE BY THE SELLER. The Seller owns and operates 6 Scrap Metal Yards (HMS 1&2 and RAIL), their own Fleet of Vessels and their own Corporate Jet Fleet to insure safe and punctual deliveries of important documents.
The goods are available from several geographical areas (Central Europe, South Africa, North Africa, etc.) Prices vary among them according to origin and monthly volume. Goods are delivered CIF Any Safe Port any where in the world. Currently the Sellers have over 20 Million MT of HMS 1&2 (ISRI 200-206) and Rail scrap (R50-R65). The rails can be cut to the length the Buyer needs and this is done at no additional cost.
